Batching
Scale a spec for a keg, an event, or Saturday night. Spare included. Water is a line, not a surprise.

Batch volumes are working estimates for training. Ice, time, tin size and a hard shake will move the number. Taste the drink. These pages are not a lab result, a label, or a certification.
Pick the size, then pick the water
Saturday night is hours × how many of that drink you sell in an hour. An event is guests × drinks per guest. A keg is the vessel minus the headspace you actually leave. Common working sizes here are 9.5 L, 19 L Cornelius, 20 L, 30 L and 50 L.
If the batch is poured with no ice, put the full dilution in the mix. If it will sit on ice in the glass, hold some water back — the dilution calculator has a checkbox for that. Then check ABV in the glass so the batch still drinks like the original spec.
A small spare (the default is 5%) covers tasting, overpours and the glass that breaks. Citrus still fades; juice close to service when you can. Longer note: Batching for Saturday night.
