Terms of Use
These terms cover the Liquid Degree app for Android and iOS and the website at liquiddegree.com. They’re between you and Matthew John Harmer, trading as Liquid Degree (registered business name LIQUID DEGREE), ABN 40 307 524 351 (“Liquid Degree”, “we”). By using the app or site, you agree to them.
Age
You must be 18 or over to use the app. You confirm your age at the age gate.
Drinking responsibly
The app is for information and entertainment. Drink responsibly, follow the law where you are, and never drink and drive. See our Responsible drinking page.
AI bartender
The AI bartender chat is planned and isn’t live yet. When it’s available, it will generate replies automatically. Replies can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Check recipes, ingredients, allergens and alcohol content yourself, and don’t rely on the chat for health, safety or legal advice. Don’t use the chat to send anything unlawful, harmful or offensive.
Your content
Photos you add stay on your device and remain yours. You’re responsible for what you add and type.
Purchases
In-app purchases are made through Apple or Google and follow their terms and refund policies. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. To restore a purchase, use the Restore purchases option in the app.
Shop links
The app links to cocktailharvest.com.au. Purchases there are covered by that site’s own terms.
Our content
The app, site, recipes, text and design belong to Liquid Degree or our licensors. Don’t copy or resell them without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we aren’t liable for indirect loss arising from your use of the app or site.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. We’ll change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
