Old Fashioned

Glass: rocks Garnish: orange twist

Ingredients

• 60 ml bourbon or rye whiskey
• 10 ml sugar syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

1. Add sugar syrup and bitters to a rocks glass.
2. Add the whisky and a large cube.
3. Stir in the glass until cold and slightly diluted.
4. Express an orange twist over the drink and rest it on the cube.
