Glass: rocks Garnish: orange twist or slice

Ingredients

• 30 ml gin
• 30 ml Campari
• 30 ml sweet vermouth

Method

1. Add gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass with hard cubed ice.
2. Stir until the glass is properly cold, about 20–30 seconds.
3. Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass.
4. Express an orange twist over the drink and drop it in, or use a thin orange slice.
