Apple and Vanilla Sour
House sour: apple-infused vodka and Licor 43 with lemon, vanilla and egg white, served over crushed ice.
Glass: rocks Garnish: lemon wedge
Ingredients
- 30 ml apple-infused vodka
- 30 ml Licor 43
- 30 ml sugar syrup
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml egg white
Method
- Add apple-infused vodka, Licor 43, sugar syrup, lemon juice, egg white and chopped vanilla bean to a shaker.
- Dry shake to start the foam, then shake hard with ice.
- Taste for balance — it should be vanilla-sweet against the lemon.
- Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge.
